How to Create a Conference?

To create a conference, go to Conference Manager in the backend. Click on New on top right. On the next screen, fill up the details.


Name: Enter the name of your conference
Details: Describe your conference here
Conference Date: This is the Date Conference shall begin.
Conference Last Date: Conference End Date.
Fee: Conference Registration Fees.
Last Date for Registration: Last Date for Registering for the conference.
No. of Delegates who can register: Number of delegates who can register. The system counts each confirmed registration. As soon as the total confirmed registrations reach the upper limit for the total number of delegates who can register, the registration automatically closes.
Last Date for Abstract submission: The date until which authors can submit abstracts.
No. of Abstracts to be submitted: The total number of abstracts which can be submitted for this conference.
Address for conference: Conference venue.
Contact Email: Contact email for the conference.
Published: Set Yes to publish the conference. No to keep it unpublished.
