We're building a cloud based Customer Loyalty platform dealing with the problems ranging from Machine Learning & Big Data to Predictive Analytics to Customer Experience.

Minimum 3 yrs of proficiency in PHP, Zend Framework, MySql, AJAX, JQuery and JavaScript
Create back-end code and reusable objects in PHP
Good analytical ability and understanding of architectures and programming frameworks
Deep understanding of development process and methodology
Experience with version control tools like Github and Subversion
Efficient in MVC frameworks like Drupal, Wordpress, CakePHP
